We have this soothing tea in pre-filled bags or in loose leaf. You can steep the tea bags for 15 minutes or more. We fill these tea bags pretty full, so you can pour more hot water over the tea bags several times. This tea can be drank cold or warm. You can add so whatever flavoring you would like! We like to add this tea to our Chai blend to get the adrenal soothing action and a yummy tastes.
For our loose leaf option. This will last a long time. Add 1 table spoon to tea bag or tea strainer. Steep for 15 minutes or longer. Feel free to re-add water to the strainer several times.
