We use these in our healthy immune syrups. Also, remember you can heat these up, to a boil and it breaks down the nauseating effect, to where it doesn't have that impact. Use it on jelly or make a delicious addition to oatmeal. Elderberry is a great friend to the cardio system as well.
Simmer 2 cups of elderberries in a pot on the stove for 20 min. Add 1 tablespoon of dried ginger root, half a table spoon of nutmeg, cool then mix with 3 cups of raw honey. Store in a cool dry place for 3-6 months. Enjoy!
